Who We Are
We’re a women’s golf group based in Rochester, NY that exists to make golf feel less intimidating and more inviting for all women—regardless of experience or background.
We’re not a country club. We’re not a bachelorette party. We’re not here for perfection.
We’re here to play, connect, and grow—with a few swing tips and (sometimes) cocktails along the way. We are a group of professionals, students, beginners, and lifelong golfers who share a love of the game and a desire to grow in community.
How We Got Started
Hi, I’m Erin — an avid golfer and the founder of Lady Links of Rochester!
I started Lady Links in May 2024, shortly after moving to Rochester from Austin. Back in Austin, I was part of a women’s golf group that brought me so much joy and connection—I knew I had to recreate that here. I also saw the amazing group called Lady Links of Buffalo, and knew Rochester needed a golf community for women!
I posted a casual event on Instagram hoping maybe 5 people would show up. To my surprise, 30 showed up and we took over the range at Big Oak! That day sparked the beginning of something special.
My goal with Lady Links is to get more women playing the game of golf by making golf fun, affordable, and totally non-intimidating.

Since that day, Lady Links of Rochester has grown into a vibrant community of 250+ women who share a love for golf and connection.
Together, we’re on a mission to:
Remove the intimidation factor from golf
Create more access for women to play
Build real friendships around a sport we love

What We Do
Our events are friendly, encouraging, and designed to meet you where you are in your golf journey. Whether you’ve never held a club or have been playing for years, we host events that meet you where you are.
We host everything from:
Monthly Sip & Swing meet-ups (great for all levels)
Summer 9-hole leagues (great for when you’re ready to PLAY)
Winter virtual leagues (yes we’ve turned golf into a year-around sport in upstate NY)
Themed tournaments (yes, glow golf is a thing)
Golf getaways (because showing up to a golf course in a party bus is how we roll)
Golf Pilates classes (golf is a life sport, we have to stay strong and mobile!)
Socials, clinics, and more (there’s really never a dull moment)

Lady Links of Rochester is a growing community for women who want to learn, improve, laugh a lot, and play the game—together. Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned golfer, there’s a spot for you. No pressure, no exclusivity—just a space to play, connect, and grow.
